And I'll explain why: I sent an email to the address on the website (Carles)... without a response. I called the store explaining my situation, and the person who answered asked for my phone number (which I gave them) so they could contact me soon. This happened on January 17th... and no one has called me back or replied to my email. This means I'm giving it a 1-star rating (because it won't let me give it 0) and the following comment: INCOMPETENT!
