About this place SEX SHOP - THE MASK SITGES

The Mask is a sex shop at 22 Carrer Bonaire in Sitges, on the street that anchors the town's gay bar area just inland from the seafront. It sells toys, fetish gear, underwear and the usual adult range, and reviewers mention helpful staff. There are only a handful of reviews and no website or hours on file. Shops in central Sitges often close for a long midday break and stay open late in summer, so check the hours before going.

And I'll explain why: I sent an email to the address on the website (Carles)... without a response. I called the store explaining my situation, and the person who answered asked for my phone number (which I gave them) so they could contact me soon. This happened on January 17th... and no one has called me back or replied to my email. This means I'm giving it a 1-star rating (because it won't let me give it 0) and the following comment: INCOMPETENT!

Hello! I absolutely loved coming here. The shop assistant was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. You'll find everything from innovative toys to seductive lingerie—a world of pleasure, quality products. Thank you so much, I'll be back!
