Jacy'z Hotel & Tatil Köyü

Very cramped room. A bit shabby. The room was used, I don't think they had cleaned it. There were half-drunk wine glasses and an empty bottle. Not worth 3000 bucks... Tried to call the reception, sat in line for 30 minutes then I couldn't take it anymore so I hung up.

My husband and I visited Jacy'z for a Day Spa experience and chose the Pachanga Lunch Session. From the moment we arrived, the hotel delivered exactly what you'd expect from a luxury destination: stylish, sophisticated décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The spa, located on the 27th floor, offered stunning views across Gothenburg and instantly set the tone for a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, giving us a clear overview of the facilities and what to expect throughout our visit. We headed straight to the heated pool, which was the perfect place to unwind while taking in the city views. We also loved the variety of saunas, both wet and dry, along with the many peaceful areas designed for relaxation. What really stood out was how spacious everything felt. Even with a few groups visiting, the spa never felt crowded, and at times we had the pool and sauna entirely to ourselves. Lunch was served in the poolside area, complete with another pool, a bar, and relaxing music that added to the laid-back atmosphere. The food was excellent. We enjoyed nachos with dip, a fresh salad upgraded with steak, and a refreshing fruit platter to finish. A special mention to Emily, who looked after us during lunch. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely charming with every guest she interacted with. She also took the time to share local recommendations, several of which we've already tried! Thank you. Yes, it is. 😁 It's a top-quality spa experience that's perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking to switch off for a few hours. We'll definitely be back, and next time we're staying at the hotel too!

Fantastic hotel, we had a signature dinner at gogogaga, visited the spa and had a fantastic breakfast!

The view and decoration of the bar is really nice but I ordered a double espresso and received an espresso martini.. Imagine if this was given to a pregnant woman or someone who can't have alcohol! No offer of replacing it was made so I had to drink it slowly and painfully given it's pricetag. There is definitely room for improvement.

Very nice and large hotel, has everything from several bars, entertainment, billiards and other board games. Spa and outdoor pool.

Stayed on the 17th floor, the room was very small, the TV hit me every time. I wanted a massage but the booking fell through. Breakfast was a disaster
