Nice staff, the room was worn out with small effects that should have been fixed and an idiotic elevator system.

Had a great stay here. Lovely rooms with a modern feel and view. Has a nice lobby with a bar and various activities. A bit of a draw that check in is not until 4pm and check out is already 10am, which was a bit inconvenient for us.

Nice swanky hotel with lovely views, rainfall shower, and quiet rooms. There are multiple restaurants on site and the breakfast is huge with many different options, including American, English, Scandinavian, and Mediterranean breakfast choices, including a special area to accommodate allergies. Be warned that the bathrooms toward the top floors have big windows with no blinds: this can be a problem if it’s dark out and you have the lights on inside. The location is a little out of the way but with good restaurants nearby and a small hiking trail out back. Overall I was really happy here.

Our stay unfortunately got off to a very poor start when we arrived at a room with no windows. It turned out that we had booked a “Dark Room,” but the information about the lack of windows was only mentioned in small print. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and I am surprised that rooms like this can be marketed without clearer disclosure. Breakfast did not meet our expectations either. The breakfast area was overcrowded, it was difficult to find a seat, and the food selection was limited, with several items not being replenished. In addition, there were issues with the parking. One of our cars had not been properly registered, and when we went to collect it, we discovered that we had received a parking fine despite having prepaid for the parking. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Given the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of quality and service. Unfortunately, this turned out to be an expensive stay that did not live up to expectations.
