Top marks to the staff and the entire stay!!

The ventilation runs 24/7 at a loudness of around 40db. When I mentioned I couldn’t sleep because of the noise, reception simply told me that it’s “not so loud & it’s in every room” offering earplugs as the only solution. The rooms are small, shower is leaking and for the scenic pool, since it’s a part of the sauna, you have to pay ~€55 entrance fee. Sheets seemed to be clean, otherwise a disappointment, especially considering the price.

Best elevators you have here

Highly recommended for large conference groups. There were probably almost 400 of us and the food was served by caring and friendly staff and almost at the same time. Incredibly professional. THANK YOU!

A hotel you simply must book! We booked a premium room with a city view. What we got absolutely blew us away: a very spacious room on the 23rd floor of Tower 3 overlooking the Ullevi Stadium and stretching for miles from north to west. The room was spotless, with a well-stocked minibar, a kettle, and various cups of coffee and tea. We also found an ice bucket that could be filled on the 20th floor in front of the elevators. Wrinkled clothes could be ironed in the room using the provided ironing board and iron. As a welcome gift, two bottles of water and two Toblerone bars were waiting for us on the table in front of the panoramic window. It was incredibly quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. For breakfast, we took the elevator to the 29th floor of Tower 3, where we started the morning with a fantastic breakfast and an even better view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the clarified butter, the variety of smoothies, and the fresh bread and rolls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

Great location! Our room was large for Scandinavian standards and beds/pillows were top notch 👌. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone and service was perfect.

10/10 stay, definitely returning back. Noa in guest services was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Forgot a jacket there early april, she worked hard and found it for our next stay. Gothia needs to take well care of her, best hotel in Gothenburg. 🤩
