Dark and crammed to the point of claustrophobic, roccocco interior design for those who like that, hostile service, and over priced.

We went here for High Tea. Very beautifully decorated. The reception was good; coats were hung up separately. The entire entrance felt a bit like "Alice in Wonderland"—that's the vibe I got from the interior. We were assigned a nice spot. The lighting was good, very peaceful. People were talking at the tables, but it wasn't noisy. Tea was served next, and then we only had to wait a short while for the snacks. We received them, and it was explained well what everything was. There was a lot of choice, and it tasted fantastic. They came by a total of two times to pour tea; this could have been done a bit more often, considering it is a High Tea... I would definitely come back here again!

Dorsia used to be a watering hole for good creative Gin & Tonics in a cool environment. Unfortunately, there is no Dorsia anymore. The bar staff feels inexperienced, standing around leafing through manuals on how to put together drinks, the service takes an extremely long time and the staff is inattentive and mostly busy talking to each other. On the last occasion, it was relatively quiet in the place but it still took 45 minutes to get our drinks. Sad to say, but Dorsia has passed its best-before date.

Gothenburg's by far best hotel & staff

My sister, I and my sister-in-law were given a gift from our mother/mother-in-law to join her for afternoon tea. This is the second time we have gone and it was just as delicious and good as the last time. Nice, helpful staff, delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything was absolutely perfect. The customer service was amazing. The decor was amazing, as was the restaurant. Every seat in the restaurant and lobby was a work of art and I wanted to eat at every table to enjoy the view. The location was perfect and the rooms were perfect. I can't wait to go back.
