Unpleasant manager. Restaurant not great.

The hotel is well located, just steps from the train station and a few minutes' walk or metro ride from the lively city center. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I also took my complementary therapy exams there, and the meeting rooms provide a calm and reassuring atmosphere. I had a wonderful relaxing weekend and enjoyed a concert in Lausanne for my partner's birthday. Thank you, Emmanuelle and Cédric.

Great hotel, clean and well decorate. Room is big enough. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. We had a great service and early check-out ! Thanks 😁. The hotel is well located near by M2 station, Lausanne downtown and close walk to train station. Overall we had a great stay ! 💯👍🏻

A modern hotel with nicely furnished and well-equipped rooms. The TV was too small for my liking, but the Wi-Fi was very fast. The gym is okay, and the equipment is in good condition. The spa area (sauna) is a bit small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast is average. There was too much processed food for my taste, especially the fruit, and I don't like scrambled eggs from a carton. As a nice touch, you can cook your own raw eggs. The staff is very friendly and usually speaks several languages ​​fluently.

A very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the location was great. The service was good. It was convenient to have two restaurants and a bar within the hotel itself, which were lovely in the evenings. Beautifully situated. A 4-star hotel in the heart of the city, near the train station and a short walk from the historic center. Public paid parking is just steps away. The room was small but had everything you need, spotlessly clean, and perfectly soundproofed. The bed was comfortable; there was no shower, but a bathtub with a shower. Everything you need: kettle, tea, excellent toiletries, very new and well-maintained. A good breakfast, with a selection of sweet and savory options, and all the staff were courteous and welcoming.
