Very impressed. Great location. Clean Room. Very comfy bed and pillows were soft - fair play. But must say was blown away with the pleasant charm of Akua at the front desk who was excellent. That is why this is 5* across the board. Alex was also great. Breakfast was served promptly at 7am on a Sunday - nice spread.

I stayed here for two nights with my partner and two young kids, the room, hotel etc was immaculate, we had the pleasure of meeting Faye, Ryan and Akira, they were very warm welcoming and beyond friendly and treated us like family. My kids were handed activities when on arrival and when we wanted to put the Aston Villa game on there was no hesitation from these friendly people. Next time we come to Birmingham I would stay here again, highly recommended and thank you staff for a lovely welcome and wishing us safe travels on route home

Booked directly which is cheaper and safer. Quiet part of town but close enough to the action. Polite and professional staff on the front desk. Room felt new with no sign of the usual wear-and-tear you often see, and the bathroom in particular almost immaculate with plenty of towels and nice shower soap. Comfortable beds and Aircon that actually works. Impressed with the quality hot and cold breakfast included in a decent lounge area with very generous portions and selection. Comparatively good value for money and will book again.

I stay at this particular hotel almost weekly for work, and have done so for multiple years now. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are as expected from a Hampton property -- contemporary, clean, and comfortable, with all of the expected amenities. Service is always excellent and attentive. The hotel itself is located adjacent to the light rail/metro system, which makes getting into Birmingham City Centre extremely convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Hamilton’s by Hilton in Jewellery Quarter. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. In particular, Sheena was amazingshe went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us excellent hospitality. Our room was spotless, tidy, and really met all my high cleanliness standards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—I’ll definitely be back!
