Not worth of spending money

Sheena and Ryan were super helpful at the front desk. I came to look for accommodation for my new job in Birmingham. I shared a twin room with my mum. Sheena and Ryan were so welcoming and helpful, they gave us lots of advice about the area and although they were busy, they offered us great customer service. Ryan came to our room to help us with our room key when it didn't work and Sheena was very friendly and warm. Thank you for looking after me and my mum, we had a lovely stay xxx

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and had a fantastic experience, made even better by the exceptional service provided by Fay on the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Fay was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to ensure everything was in place for my stay and went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a guest. It's rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such a natural ability to deliver outstanding customer service, but Fay certainly does. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring Birmingham, with excellent transport links and easy access to the city centre. The complimentary breakfast was well organised and offered a great selection to start the day. As a Hilton Honors Diamond Member, I spend a significant amount of time staying in Hilton properties across the UK and internationally. Whilst the hotels themselves are important, it is ultimately the people, service standards and personal touches that keep me returning to the Hilton brand time and time again. Fay is a perfect example of this. Her professionalism, positivity and commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience stood out throughout my stay. As someone who works in customer service and customer experience leadership, I recognise the difference that exceptional colleagues make to an organisation. Fay is a real credit to Hampton by Hilton, the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter team and the wider Hilton brand. Thank you to Fay and the team for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed my stay here and the room and facilities were well worth the price. The hotel is in jewelry quarter which isn’t very close to the city center but a walkable distance. There’s a dominos pizza right next to it. Useful to note that breakfast closes by 9.30 am on weekdays which is less than ideal, but that was the only 👎🏽.

I have stayed so far 30 nights on and off in this hotel. It’s so convenient and good value for money. Never let me down. Big shout out to Sheena at front desk for always going extra mile whenever I had any issues.

The TVs are MASSIVE and Fay was fab during my stay
