The coffee is always the same with little protein, hot water is only available if you're alone in the hotel, the room temperature is either too hot or the window is open, and it's very expensive for what it offers!

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. The decor throughout the hotel is very warm and perfectly suited to the location; everything coordinates beautifully. Rooms and common areas are heated 24 hours a day. The breakfast service is superbly varied, and Javier at reception and the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly. The restaurant menu is delicious and varied, with reasonable prices. A wonderful experience.

Incredible hotel and services!!!! We visited the hotel and the city for the first time and fell in love. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant, always offering helpful tips and eager to share information. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. I even had a jacuzzi in my room—a truly top-notch experience. The hotel food was fantastic, from breakfast to the restaurant meals (we had afternoon tea and dinner there two nights). The view from the 4th floor is incredible. We will definitely be back. It's very well located in the city center and within walking distance of everything.

The room was a bit small and had no view. The hotel is located right in the center. Excellent location. The breakfast had a good variety, and I loved that they make their own jams. The watermelon jam was delicious. The view from the restaurant is stunning. On our last night, we had problems with the electrical system in our room, but the receptionist moved us to a better room in seconds.

Spectacular place. Javier and Cinthia are incredibly friendly. The rooms are spotless, and the heating is excellent. They are everything you could want! A place to return to!

It has all the amenities, excellent service, and the food and breakfast are a 10/10. I highly recommend it.
