The staff were very friendly and attentive... The girls in the dining room were fantastic, the breakfast was good, and the rooms and the rest of the facilities were spotless.

The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was extremely poor. The bathwater was brown. And they charged me almost $50 for a small stain on a sheet. Without any prior notice. Now the matter is in the hands of consumer protection. A rip-off.

Good hotel and friendly staff. We initially stayed in unit 308, right below the kitchen. We requested a change and were accommodated. Breakfast was "modest". Internet was terrible. In my daughter's room, the heater stopped working a few times.

It has an excellent location in the city. It's super close to the center and many important places. I could really walk everywhere. The staff is incredibly friendly.

The location is central. The staff who bothered to interact were friendly. The rooms and beds are rather small; it would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and bath soap if there was more than one person in the room. Breakfast is a bit meager and lacks variety, but at least they have the option of having dinner if you don't want to go out.

Beautiful hotel, good location, good service, very attentive staff, the breakfast was delicious, and you can also have dinner.

Very good hotel, excellent value for money, right in the center, simple but tasty breakfast, attentive staff, good rooms and beds, good showers!!!! I would definitely return...
