I have traveled all over the world, but our experience at the Fairmont Copacabana stands out for something truly special: the people here anticipate your needs before you even have to ask. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the team thoughtfully accommodated our two children. As parents traveling with little ones, those details make an enormous difference. What made this stay exceptional, however, was the warmth, kindness, and genuine attention we received. The team in the Gold Club deserves particular recognition. They were wonderful with our children—even walking them around the club so we could enjoy our meal. That kindness gave us a chance to relax, knowing our children were receiving such lovely attention. It meant so much to us. A special, heartfelt thank-you to Victoria, Lucas, and Naomi. Their smiles, patience, and willingness to help made our family feel truly welcome. For the first time in all my travels, I felt I didn’t have to explain a difficulty or ask someone to find a solution. The staff noticed what we needed and were already finding ways to help. They understood the little challenges of traveling with children and made room for our family so naturally. A beautiful room makes a stay comfortable. People who care this much make it unforgettable. Thank you to the Fairmont Copacabana team for showing us what exceptional hospitality feels like.
