Mito Casa Hotel Boutique

I needed a place to stay for one night that wasn't too expensive and was close to the metro, and Mito Casa Hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was great, the facilities were excellent, and the rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. I recommend the rooms with en-suite bathrooms. You can also use the kitchen and dining areas, and there's a lovely terrace. I would definitely return for a future stay.

Great value for money! We had the pleasure of staying at the accommodation in July 2026 in a superior room with a private bathroom. Before we went, we were apprehensive because of the Google photos that didn't do the place justice, but we're glad we went. Perhaps the facade still needs improvements, but the interior is completely renovated and quite pleasant. All the rooms were clean. Very good shower, air conditioning, fan and heating. The only thing we didn't like was that it wasn't a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together. A shared kitchen is available for preparing meals. Breakfast is not provided, which didn't make a difference to the stay due to the shared kitchen. The location is excellent, a safe and busy street, Baquedano metro station very close by and you can walk to some tourist attractions such as Cerro San Cristóbal and La Chascona. The staff were kind, welcoming and willing to help. The small issues we had during our stay were promptly resolved by the team. I recommend it!

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It's well located, as you can do many things on foot from there. It's very close to the metro on the red and green lines. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. There's no elevator, but I don't see that as a major problem. The hotel has some rooms with private bathrooms, but they are located outside the room. Avoid these rooms, as you will have to cross the corridor to reach the bathroom. There is no breakfast, but there is a kitchen and refrigerator that can be used. The hotel does need some minor renovations, mainly to adjust a few things, especially on the exterior, to make it look nicer, but nothing that will compromise the stay. Despite some minor flaws, the advantages far outweigh the drawbacks, and I would stay there again without hesitation.

My stay at Mito Hotel was brief, but it's a very nice, welcoming place. The staff were especially friendly, always willing to answer questions, give directions, or simply check if everything was alright. Highly recommended!

Expensive for being steps from Plaza Italia, no parking, creaky floors, and the beds aren't doubles—they push two single beds together and they open up while you're sleeping. There are better options in Providencia for similar prices.
