About this place Mito Casa Hotel Boutique

Mito Casa Hotel Boutique is a gay-friendly boutique hotel located in Providencia, one of Santiago's most vibrant neighborhoods. Situated just a 10-minute walk from the heart of downtown, you'll have easy access to the area's main shops, museums, and cultural attractions. This makes it an ideal base for exploring what Providencia has to offer while enjoying a more intimate, personalized hotel experience. Guests can expect clean, well-maintained rooms with nice bathrooms featuring hot showers—the essentials done right. The staff here goes the extra mile to make visitors feel welcome, offering helpful recommendations on where to eat, drink, and spend your time. They're genuinely interested in ensuring you have a great stay and can point you toward local spots that suit your interests. While the venue has its charming quirks—like the characteristic squeaks of the Parque floor—these add to the authentic, homey feel rather than detract from the experience. I stayed in February. I arrived in the afternoon and had to be at the airport at 8 am the next day, and the hotel staff helped me arrange transportation to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that my room was, I think, on the third or fourth floor, and there was no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down was a challenge, but nothing impossible since the hotel staff also helped us.

It's a very welcoming place and the staff are friendly and attentive. I would highlight its proximity to the metro station and its closeness to places of interest.

A very cute little hotel, not far from the city center on foot. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. What impressed me most was the gentleman at reception, who was very pleasant and helpful. I was tired from my journey and had lost my patience. He welcomed me with respect and kindness. Thank you again.

We stayed one night. The facilities were good, and the service was good. The only issue was that the bedspread wasn't spotless, but they just need to wash or replace it next time. Everything else was fine.

Good hotel, but it offers no services whatsoever. There's no breakfast, no meals, not even a mini-fridge or water. Some rooms don't have bathrooms, and they advertise free bicycles on their website, but they don't even have paid bikes. Despite this, the internet works very well, the rooms are very clean, and the towels are incredibly soft and fragrant.
