Very nice, elegant, comfortable and affordable room
Excellent cleanliness and service
It was awful, a terrible experience. The lights weren't working, some of the air conditioners weren't cooling, the water service was intermittent, and people were entering the room. The worst part is that while they were inside, the cleaning staff stole $40 from me (I want to believe). Management didn't take responsibility, they didn't offer a solution, and the money was completely lost. It was terrible; I will never return or recommend it. To top it all off, the food was bad and the portions were small.
Disappointing... Room infested with cockroaches, disgusting..., they turn off the air conditioning, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the service is quite poor, you complain and they pretend not to notice, the breakfast is mediocre... in short, a pretty ordinary/shabby hotel...
My stay was truly delightful. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere, the staff is attentive and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Without a doubt, a place I would return to and recommend without hesitation.
