Beautiful up to date rooms with hot water. A short drive off the highway makes it muy tranquilo. Birds love it here. Gorgeous outdoor sitting area by the water accented with a 10 acre plot to walk in. Godfrey is a wonderful host very attentive to guests wants and needs. We will be staying again next trip you better Belize it!

Very comfortable accommodation with a great bed and shower. Everything was clean – ideal for a night before departure. However, quite expensive for just one night.

Absolutely beautiful, amazing and relaxing stay!

All together a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice. The property is nice to stroll around and there is a canal that creates a little island in the middle. The host is very nice and great to chat with. It's a quiet area off the main road which is nice. Though thay means there is not alot close to it. there are a few restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk away and a few more about 30 minutes walk away. A great place to get away from the busy main road. Would stay again!!

A very nice place in Ladyville. Nice plants around the property.

A hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of Belize city, yet only 20 mins away. 8 mins to the airport makes it so convenient for the morning flight. These cabanas are amazing - clean, modern, stocked with basic necessities. Each one has a kitchenette with a full size fridge and a stove. An egg chair on the porch to enjoy the sunset. New bathrooms, super clean. The host is super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me when I got injured hiking one of the sites and made sure I was ok before he left. I cannot say enough about this place. I stayed on the front end of my trip and then on the back end as well. And I will stay again when I visit Belize. Highly recommend you check this place out! Hands down great overall experience!

The rooms was solid, the service was quick. I was rather irritated when I found out, after the fact, airport transportation was $20 USD both ways. Hot water ran out sooner than expected as well. The price made it a good deal, and perhaps both parties could have communicated better on service charges.
