Park Town Hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel. Ive been in 3 different rooms and they are all amazing. Staff are great. The location is amazing, right downtown by the river and Kinsmen Park.

At present with Univ bridge being closed it is not easy to access the hotel. I was visiting a friend who was staying at hotel, she had no heat, had to wait for heaters. We had lunch at the restaurant $19.98 for a salad...greens were limp, few pears and some wild rice. Wow!!!

River's Edge Wine & Dining Pairing Experience. I should have left this review two years ago. Since then we probably been to a dozen of these events. They are once a month on the 3rd Thursday. An unbeatable experience paired with wine. My husband and I have celebrated an anniversary, birthday's, citizenship and just a date night out. You can enjoy a night out with friends or just yourselves and meet some foodies like us. Chef Viorel Magnea puts together an unforgettable meal along with his vivacious personality makes for a wonderful dining experience. Carlos who oversees the event is most gracious. Thank you to all the servers that have been delightful. JUNE 2026: We just booked our next one and invited friends for their first experience.

The wine pairing nights are absolutely amazing informative and fun! Delicious food incredible river view and a real Fun ambiance! Carlos and his staff are absolutely amazing!

Very disappointed. There is no handicap rooms there..my husband has no legs and had to crawl around because his wheelchair didn't fit in the room he couldn't use the bathroom because it's not wheelchair accessible. Will not be coming here again. And im telling all my friends not to support this hotel

A decent hotel in an ok area. There is an Irish pub adjacent to the front entrance which attracted an undesirable group around the front doors. Parking was interesting. There is outdoor parking and a small covered area off the garage that was frequented by the homeless doing drugs. The actual parking garage that was key accessible did have a secure gate which made me feel so much better. I used Expedia to book an Executive King room and upon check in I didn't catch it but they gave us a double Queen room. The front desk insisted they were the same price but I book Kings on purpose to avoid areas with kids. We had a large, loud family with young kids who enjoyed hanging out in the hallway across from our room. Things were mostly clean but the shower curtain was a crime scene and absolutely appalling. All I got from the front desk was a "we'll do better for next time".

We booked the concert package at this hotel and couldn't have been happier! For $290 plus taxes/fees we had a really nice room overlooking the river, a shuttle to and from the concert venue, an appie and 2 drinks each per person, and breakfast. We checked out Sunday so we upgraded to the buffet for $10 each. All the food we had was top notch and delicious and the service couldn't be beat!

Stayed there for a conference. Staff were extremely helpful. It was a long 4 days for all of us but staff stayed friendly and worked hard every day, at all hours. I'm very impressed and greatful for all their help. Rooms are nice and comfy. One of the best mattresses I've slept in. Love the underglow under the bed. I would come back here.

This was a great place for us to host. Our event really enjoyed the recently renovated rooms. Their downstairs banquet halls were able to host the almost 200 of us quite well.

We recently stayed at the Park Town Hotel in Saskatoon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On top of the regular room cost, they charge a $100 deposit PER NIGHT, which was never clearly emphasized beforehand. The room amenities were extremely lacking — no toiletries like hand lotion, limited coffee unless you pay extra, and very thin blankets. To make matters worse, the heat appeared to shut off overnight, leaving us freezing all night. The hallways had garbage sitting out for over 12 hours, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained and unclean. The biggest issue was the parkade. It was inadequately labelled, poorly marked, and lacked proper warning indicators for clearance height. My husband’s truck was damaged despite being within the posted height requirement. When we showed staff photos proving the poor signage and low clearance issues, we were basically told to “file an insurance claim” with no accountability, concern, or even an apology. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience. We expected much better.
