We have traveled few hotels, not like this is our first experience. Disappointed with this hotel for the price we paid. Hotel room was very cold....marbles everywhere ! Didnt feel like working on table or even walking cause the heater wasn't working and its marble top table, floor, walls 🤦🤦...cold to touch. Bathroom floors doesnt dry at all ! So annoying. Had to use towel cause we didn't bring our slippers expecting there will be one in washroom. Or washroom floors shall be designed so they dry easily. No brush in washroom too ! Water bottle is least expected in hotels like this...but they put vending machine. Common guys water bottle cost $80c ! Understandable that yiu guys are trying to make extra revenue but not in water please. When we booked it, it was bed and breakfast....but they gave us $8 coupon for a restaurant attached to it....average meal was priced $20...coffee and meal for 2 person costs us $40 everyday after using the coupon. Swimming pool was sooo inclined ! 3ft to 8ft in like 6 steps ! Giving 2 starts cause they have chauffeur service for free and there is a beautiful river and walk OUTSIDE the hotel !

I enjoyed a staff lunch there on Tuesday June 16th for a co-workers retirement and the Steak Sandwich was too much to eat for me and it was cooked to my specifications. The service was excellent and it was a great place to decompress for a bit.

We booked the hotel as it is one of Sask Marathon's hotels of choice. It was vital that we get adequate sleep the night prior to competing in the marathon the next day. The air conditioning was broken throughout our entire stay, making it impossible to rest comfortably, which we really needed for the marathon. Staff weren't helpful & very dismissive. We were told they will bring a fan over but we had to go down to the lobby at almost 12 midnight to follow-up. As a paying guest (we paid almost $300 for the night) we expect a basic standard of a calm relaxing stay and customer care, none of which were provided. No decent sleep resulted to a dismal performance during race day. Will not be recommending the hotel and will never book again.

Modern, clean rooms. Excellent dinner served in restaurant overlooking the South Saskatchewan River and University Bridge.
