"Honestly where do I even start. The fire alarm was beeping ALL night. Not a full alarm — just a constant, irritating beep the entire time. I didn't sleep a single minute. Not one. The area outside the hotel is genuinely unsafe and uncomfortable. There are large groups of people hanging around the entrance and surrounding streets at all hours — smoking, vaping, and just causing a general nuisance. It felt intimidating walking in and out, especially at night. Not somewhere I'd feel comfortable bringing family. The room itself was disappointing and the whole place feels completely neglected. Nothing matched what was advertised. And when I tried to call and complain? Couldn't get a single real person on the line. Just an AI bot giving me useless scripted responses no matter what I said. I just wanted to speak to someone who actually cared — but nope. This hotel takes your money and leaves you completely on your own. I genuinely would not wish this stay on anyone. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else."

Do not come here found bed bugs in our room and management really didn’t seem to care. Front desk girl was smirking and laughing as we checked out bc they didn’t wanna give us a new room. Just offered to “change the sheets and give us a breakfast voucher” absolutely ridiculous. Saskatchewan health authority has been contacted. Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs an awful service from the staff. I’m terrified to stay at another hotel after this.
