Monastery Spa Hotel

This was the first time being at the Monastery SPA! It was such an enjoyable day and I look forward to returning soon. The staff, services and the monastery were exceptional. Thank you for making my day so special.

Stayed there twice first time valentines day we were put in a room with no working heater took 4 hours to replace we gave up and went home second stay no working shower or hot water and the maintenance guy was not reachable so we gave up again and went home ... the manager reach3d out to me she was very nice on the phone and offered a refund and 2 stays at there hotel to make up for the inconvenience as I had wrote a review just like this one .... I accepted and took down the review to give them a chance to make up for it things happen she took responsibility seemed like the right thing to do . Fast forward I try to use the free nights and im told because they refunded the room we didn't stay in that there not honoring the free stays worst experience at a hotel ever....

Me and my best friend got a massage today and once again it was a lovely experience. My masseuse Rebecca was so kind and great at her job, and her sister was also great according to my friend! I didn’t stay at the hotel so I can’t rate that aspect! :)

Amazing service, amazing staff!

It has been many years since I have had a facial but it was a wonderful way to end my day. Quiet, relaxing and my skin felt smooth and well hydrated. I only had the 30 minute express service but it's a great value.

I had an hour facial and Indian head massage add-on with Robin today at the Spa. It was amazing. from the moment you arrived, they welcome you, take your coat, get you settled in the cozy waiting room and offer you a glass of water. Robin was professional, thorough, and explained each part of the process. I haven't been more relaxed or rejuvenated in a long time. I highly recommend Robin C. and the Spa at the Monastery. 10 out of 10 experience.

Had a wonderful afternoon at the end of a very busy week! the staff were all welcoming and the seaweed wrap was fantastic. The first time I had experienced it and will certainily be repeat! Thank you again

I had a pedicure at The Monastery Spa today. My technician was Robin Churchill and she did a fantastic job. Ask for Robin; you won’t be disappointed.

Very dissapointed in ownership/management. My wife and I stayed here first 2 nights after wedding in jacuzzi suite in December 2025. On second night water stopped working for all evening and overnight. Maintenance issues happen, but over 2 months later and being told we would be refunded for that night we didn’t have water, they have yet to actually refund us. I guess we should have stuck with the big brands instead of this place. Things can go wrong anywhere, but it’s how the company reacts that you remember. Being told we’d be refunded only not to be leaves a very sour taste. Very dissapointed in how we have been treated by this place after great wedding. Strongly recommend staying elsewhere for special occasions. Update- Refund was finally processed in March 2026. Appreciate that they did finally honour the refund, but it did take a while.

Spent this past weekend here. Stay was great, staff were great. Only complaint is that the television isn’t a smart tv, so if you plan on just binge watching some Netflix all weekend you better bring a fire stick so you’re not stuck watching reruns of the first 48 for two days.
