Nichole provides exceptional, professional service each time I see her. I was looking to use the handicap access today, but there is not one available. Can you please advise when this will be available? Thank you

My daughter from Ottawa treated me to a two night stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Room was spacious with a jacuzzi and fireplace. Got a great manicure at the spa and a delicious lunch in the quaint cafe. A short cab drive to George St and Water St. Perfect location.

This was my first visit to the spa and I had an excellent experience. My massage therapist Pam was amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed. Will definitely be retuning in the future.

I usually like this place but I had a really odd experience there today. I had an hour long, full body massage (that I had really been looking forward to) with absolutely no pressure. None. I even asked for her to increase the pressure at some point, and she did a little bit for a few minutes, but then nothing again. I've never had a massage before that provided absolutely no tension relief. I left feeling exactly the same as I did when I walked in. Even my partner rubbing my back for 10 minutes relieves some muscle tension. But this was a professional massage, and it just felt like a stranger rubbing very light circles on my skin without enough pressure to even begin to effect the muscles underneath, which was, quite frankly, pretty awkward. I'm disappointed of course that this appointment felt like money down the drain. But I also just felt the need to share such an odd experience becauee I couldn't stop wondering about it. Was this girl ok? Were her hands hurt? Or is this some kind of new light-touch method that some people like?

Stacey did another fantastic service (pedicure). She’s the reason I keep coming back!
