Terrible service. It's 1 AM and the reception is talking like it's 10 AM. The breakfast service is awful; the woman serving throws plates around, has a sore throat, and isn't wearing a mask. She serves food with a terrible attitude. There are cockroaches and rats in the rooms. And to top it all off, there are several prostitutes outside the hotel who come in for their encounters. Which isn't my problem, but they advertise it as a family hotel. They didn't clean our room, which reeked of cigarettes, and the bathroom smelled like a dive bar. We rented three rooms because we were traveling as a family, and none of them were cleaned. The facilities are deplorable. When I demanded compensation for the terrible service, they told me they'd give me a free night on my next visit. I traveled from Mexico City to Punta Cana, and they swear I'll choose them again. Seriously, skip the booking. The reviews saying the place is good are probably from the owner's family or bots. I'm really leaving this comment so you don't fall for this scam.

A terrible experience! We booked two rooms well in advance and paid in full. Despite this, our rooms were simply given away. When we arrived on time, we were suddenly told there were no rooms available. The receptionist had given our already paid-for rooms to someone else – completely incomprehensible and unprofessional. I was traveling with my whole family, and we were left without accommodation. We only got other rooms the next day. For the first night, we were sent to another hotel as a makeshift solution. This caused us a lot of stress, time, and frustration. In addition, the staff and even the manager claimed that this procedure was "normal" and that they always did it this way. However, after contacting the hotel, I was assured that this was neither customary nor acceptable. The service was also appalling: Both rooms had virtually no room service. Towels and shampoo were not provided regularly. Despite repeated requests, we only received fresh towels once and shampoo once in five days – simply ridiculous. There was also no hot water, and the bed linens were never changed. We almost felt like we were being treated worse on purpose because we complained about the situation – that's anything but professional. Another major problem: None of the staff spoke English, making communication extremely difficult and problems almost impossible to resolve. Breakfast was also very poor: just eggs and bread, plus very cheap coffee. The only positive was the discount – but only because we specifically requested and insisted on it. It wasn't offered to us proactively. However, this doesn't excuse the numerous problems and the poor service. Treating paying guests like this is absolutely unacceptable. Poor organization, false information, and abysmal service. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel is in line with its price. It's very cheap, and that's reflected in the condition of the rooms. They're large but a bit run-down. The worst thing is the noise in the morning. There's no soundproofing whatsoever, and people are incredibly noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault. After reading the reviews, it's better than I expected.

To begin, let's talk about the service: the manager was terrible and rude. We arrived and our room, reserved months in advance, was unavailable. They accommodated us in an improvised room, both in this one and in the new room. The shower was terrible, there were cockroaches, and the cleaning was very poor.

Terrible place! 1. The staff is incredibly rude. I met about six employees in total, and they were all extremely rude. They served you with a terrible attitude, and I overheard them talking badly about other guests. 2. The breakfast was awful: one slice of bread and half an egg—nothing like a proper breakfast, and it was the same every day. 3. It's poorly maintained, and the rooms weren't very clean. I stayed in two different rooms on different days, and I could never watch TV because the remotes didn't work. I kept hearing guests coming out to complain about the rooms because they weren't given towels, the remotes weren't working, the bathroom wasn't working, etc. And the worst part is, they don't solve the problems; they get angry and treat guests badly.
