The common areas are neglected, the room is okay for the price but they say one thing on booking and another when you arrive

It may be a 3-star hotel, but the people who work here are like family. They treat you like one of their own. The location is great, lots of food nearby, and it's easy to get a mototaxi or a poppi! It's within walking distance of stores and other places! Samuel is the best and will help you with anything he can. The hotel may be 3 stars, but the people who work here are like family! Thank you so much for everything and your help!

Hotel in a very good and strategic location. The room was fine for sleeping and in line with the price; it's very economical. They should improve the furniture; the pillows and towels are quite basic. Breakfast is 1/10; it's always the same. Not all the staff are attentive; some shifts are very friendly, while others are not. Overall, my experience at this hotel was good. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it a 5. The hotel is quite large and has good potential to offer more and better services.
