Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Tatil Köyü

I accidentally left my laptop bag in the room on checkout. It also had a bunch of very important personal items inside. I didn’t notice it was missing until we were on the next leg of our travels. I called front desk at 8am the next morning, who put me in touch with Tony (housekeeping manager) who provided me immediate solutions for returning my bag. We ended up resorting to an UBER Courier delivery. Tony had my bag immediately ready for pick-up and even zip-tied the zipper to ensure nothing was stollen. He even followed up personally to ensure the bag was delivered successfully. Wow, what service! I would like to thank our room-cleaner, Alma Cruz + Tony and all the staff for ensuring my bag was located, secured and delivered safely (and respectfully). Nothing was stollen, thank god. To the General Manager, you have a great team. Honestly goes a long way and I’ll never forget that! Aside from the laptop bag rescue, the staff are friendly, the lobby is modern and welcoming, the hotel is a 10 min UBER drive to Disney, the pool is well kept and great for kids. The rooms are updated and feature a large TV and mini fridge. I’d definitely stay again.

We loved staying at the Sheraton Park for our family trip to Disneyland! Everyone from the bellman, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff were friendly, and wonderfully helpful. We booked through Southwest Getaways so the price was very reasonable. We used the Disneyland shuttle that has a pickup on site (not operated by the hotel), it was busy, but worked fine for us. (It’s less than 10 minutes once in the shuttle and saves your feet for the good stuff.

The room was spacious, the pool was nice and a great place to chill in the middle of a park day. 15 minute or so walk straight to Disney.

So during the Garden Grove chemical spill, The Sheraton supposedly offered a discounted room for those affected. I called. Jose, I believe his name was, refused to answer if there were any rooms left until I signed up for their reward program. Then, he only wanted to upsell me to a $400/night room at South Coast Plaza. Don't even offer things like this if you're going to be scammy about it. The whole chain has lost my business for life.

Absolutely love this hotel. The location is so convenient to Disneyland and we stay there 4-6 times a year. This trip I was there on my birthday and they made sure my upgraded room was ready early and sent me a plate of macarons with a birthday card. A very nice touch. They've elevated the lounge breakfast offering since they don't offer the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant anymore but it's still not as good. They need a hot protein besides eggs. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I wish they had suites but the updated rooms are very nice.

We had a great time at the Sheraton for our previous Disneyland trip a few weeks ago. It's a short half a mile walk to Disneyland entrance, but if you don't want to walk, the new shuttle to the park is convenient, as well as the toy story parking lot across the street. The restaurant on site is delicious and those who operate it are always friendly and attentive. The store in the lobby is also a nice perk, and again those running the store are always friendly as well. Overall, I think the staff is great at this hotel, which makes a huge difference when choosing a place to stay in addition to the rooms being clean and spacious. The rooms are affordable in comparison to nearby hotels, and there are many perks to staying here. It honestly reminds us a little of the Disneyland Hotel with the outdoor landscaping, the pool area, dining options, store, and room quality. Overall, it was a good experience for us. We have stayed here previously about four years ago and ran into issues with the A/C and it being a little too warm for comfort, but this time it was actually very comfortable, even on warmer days. The A/C comfortably stayed at 70 and was adjustable in the evening to get it a little cooler. We were glad to have given Sheraton Park another visit and can't wait to return in the future!

This hotel is amazing! We always come here with our family when we go to Disneyland. It's an easy walk away. It's also exceptionally clean and well kept, and there's a really friendly restaurant staff downstairs. Buffet was great kids loved it! I have to share: I had the most amazing experience where I left my luggage at the hotel and there was a mix-up with the bellhop. Ryan from the staff team personally drove the luggage to my house 90 minutes away! I am completely floored by the devotion of this team. They are highly responsive and caring, and the best. I can't wait to come back soon!
