Many visitors praise the hotel's excellent location within walking distance of Disneyland and commend the friendly and attentive staff. Best part was at the Sheraton club. Got there at like 6am and Victoria and victor were super helpful.Got oatmeal and cereal and made the best bagel sandwich that place has ever seen. If you go I recommend club lounge cause these two made it hella fire 😎😎😎😎 I wish I had a pic of the breakie sandwich
Great hotel! We stayed here for Disney and was really nice, from the restaurants, to the bar with the huge tv was all really nice. The rooms and pool were very clean and the staff was very nice and attentive.
During my stay, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and guests staying on the 7th floor were required to evacuate the hotel. We had to leave our rooms unexpectedly and wait outside for an extended period of time. As a result, I lost valuable vacation time and was unable to get adequate sleep. This was especially disappointing because I was traveling from overseas and had a limited amount of time to enjoy my trip. What disappointed me even more was the way the situation was handled afterward. On the night of the incident, I was told by a staff member that the matter would be followed up on. However, when I spoke with the front desk the following day, they appeared to have no record of the situation and no information regarding any follow-up. It seemed that there was a lack of communication between staff members. I understand that false alarms and emergencies can happen, and I appreciate that guest safety must always come first. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, follow-up, and consideration shown to affected guests after such a significant disruption. I expected a higher standard of service from a Sheraton property, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the guest experience in the future.
BUG BITES WHILE SLEEPING. BLOOD ON BED BLACK HAIRS ON MATTRESS THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING Smallest hotel room I’ve seen in a long time. Super old and run down. Parking fees are crazy expensive and it’s a third party managed lot. First and last time I’ll be staying here.
The hotel is in a good location, they don't offer complimentary breakfast. They charge $48.00 plus tax to park your car, the also charge for wifi. Would not recommend if your on a budget
