A wonderful hotel to stay at with children as it offers a free shuttle service to Disneyland

If you book the room via 3rd party, they will charge you the money for parking the night. Even they give you thing to hang in your car. No one ever mention about this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We recently stayed here and was put in the garden tower which is very outdated. The room was very warm ac didn’t work very well and bathroom was very outdated as well. I ended up leaving my diabetic medicine in the fridge in a cooling container that I forgot. I tried calling the hotel where I was connected with housekeeping who said they could ship it and then was charged for the shipping. Package showed up with no cooling packs or anything so medicine was bad. I then called and left multiple messages for the director of operations and never got a phone call back. I finally get a phone call from the front desk manager named Chris who informed me that they don’t have proper training to package medicine like that to make sure it’s shipped at a cooling temperature. Basically said he didn’t see a charge for the shipping and said I needed to check my bank statement and call him back. Also informed him I had pre paid for the room and was still charged for parking with no communication from the front desk in which he informed me there was nothing he could do. So unprofessional and not helpful. We were supposed to stay here again but will be looking elsewhere for rooms.

My family and I stayed here for three days at Disneyland and We were pleasantly surprised. The shuttles were convenient, they fill up fast but they usually have multiple running back and forth. Our room was spacious and the beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable! My only complaint was how tiny the bathroom was. Sink, toilet and shower all crammed into the same tiny area so it's hard to be getting ready while another person is showering. Our stay came with a free breakfast buffet each day, which wasn't the best. It was pretty much the same each day, scrambled eggs (super runny!!) but you can order fresh eggs, bacon was delicious, sausage, fruit, oatmeal bar, yogurt bar, juices, cereal, coffee. The hotel grounds were beautiful. Staff was very friendly!! We would definitely stay here again.

Bed bugs, terrible smell and dirty rooms

The rooms were fine, but the cleaning wasn't thorough; we found a sock on the floor left by a previous guest. The shower was ancient, with barely any water coming out, and the toilet didn't flush properly. The bar and reception service was great, but the location for visiting Los Angeles was poor because it's an hour's drive away. It was great for going to Disney, though, as the bus takes you there in 10 minutes. The breakfast was limited, with no variety of milk, no cold cuts (only cheese), and very little bread—only sliced white bread.

BEWARE THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! We immediately let the front desk know and she disregarded me, told me to give her my name and number and someone would contact me. It’s been 48 hours and no one has reached out, I called again this morning and still haven’t gotten a call back from a “manager” it’s almost as if they know they have them and they don’t care. rooms and facility overall are dirty, and very old. Customer service sucked, front desk ladies are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. AVOID this hotel, you pay too much to be having these things going on while on vacation.
