Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

The hotel room is decent, and the distance to the parks is good. However, the hotel seems to be made of paper—you can hear everything, and it is very noisy. There were children running around and screaming starting at 5:00 AM. I do not recommend it if your goal is to get some rest. They charge for parking when you check in.

The rooms are simple and clean. They come with a mini fridge and a microwave. The staff is soo friendly and professional. They have a small pool with a jacuzzi in it. My kids liked that. Its a 22 min walk from Disneyland. 5 min drive. The location is very clean and in a good area. Kool note they have the conecting rooms so if you get the rooms back to back for larger parties. We did have to pay for parking. 25$ per day. That was a surprise for us. We got the hotel through Google hotels. I had seen it on other apps for different prices but the difference was parking included and not included. So that was not a hotels fault.

I came for the dental convention. I was offered the "king deluxe" room it was not. There is an inch gap under my door so fear of spiders came to mind. I do not recommend unless you need to save money. I is running down. The breakfast was also not good as well

Amazing hotel, fair price and very close to Disney (you can walk there), very spacious rooms and the breakfast is incredible!!!

Great place reasonable price,free breakfast that a+ plus and a shuttle to Disneyland awesome some shops around and areas of food places on the strip is great

I'm disappointed because we're still fighting to get our deposit back, it's unacceptable!!! And it's been like this since April 6th!!! Apart from that, our stay was fine

Almost perfect but the night shades are see through. They neeee better curtains

First off, the staff was extremely good to work with. I arrived early and planned on having them hold my luggage for a few hours. But they offered me a room early at no charge, which was amazing. However the room had a very musty / mildew smell and an air freshener smell as well so I immediately asked for an alternate room. I am not normally one to make waves, but it was bad. They were very kind and allowed us to move rooms. The second room also had a mildew smell but I opened windows and hoped it would dissipate. I had promised my daughter we’d go a few places so we left but when we returned the room still smelled terribly. At the risk of being a “Karen” I requested another (yes 3rd!) room. They allowed the change again but informed me there were no other rooms open after this. I moved again and this room was better. Smelled like cleaner with a bit of mildew smell. But it was still there. I gave up at this point and took my daughter to the pool. I asked other guests on the elevator about the smell and they also had it. So I’ll say this. My husband likely wouldn’t have ever noticed it, but I have a smell sensitivity. If you do as well. I’d look elsewhere. Outside of that, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, the pool was nice! And honestly the staff was really great. If it weren’t for the smell, I’d go back. But knowing that the smell seems to be in at least most of the rooms, I won’t be returning.
