Anabella Hotel

THREATEN BY OTHER GUEST WITH A GUN AND NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!! My family and I were doing our normal stay here at The Anaheim Hotel, as we are very loyal timeshare/programs guests and have stayed here many times. At 6 am we were woken up by another guest banging on our door claiming we were trying to break into his room all night long- obviously he was not in his right mind as we were dead asleep ready for the park the next day. But he repeatedly claimed he had his own footage but refused to show us and was not told to security when asked, then tells us of his protection of a gun that he then threaten us with. As we called hotel security and they responded with nothing, no concern, lack of care and complete disregard for any safety of anyone. Hours go by without any call or concern, they offered to move our rooms but once we were moved into a very inconvenient and very downgraded part of the hotel. The manager did nothing about accommodations when asked and when approached about the situation, I was told “it’s a he said she said situation,” and was told to then call the police after this had been hours. Then was told it would be handled appropriately with the head management the next day… nothing has been done. This place is a disgrace and should be ashamed of the lack of care and safety they provide their guests, employees, and innocent people.

The staff is kind and made us feel welcomed. The room is clean. The beds in the executive king room were extremely comfortable. Water pressure was excellent in the bathroom. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outdoor activities offered. Leo is our favorite. He greets you upon arrival and makes you feel excited to be staying here.

Location was amazing!

I loved this hotel, it truly exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be smaller, but it's not big and it's very beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable; we had two super large king-size beds 😍 and they were very comfortable. The sheets were very soft, everything was very clean, and they also have many very nice recreational areas, hammocks, a very large pool with warm water 😍. And the best part is that it's right across from Disney 🤩🤩🤩. Excellent location, what more can I say? I loved it 🤩.

We had a brief but wonderful stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is also beautiful, lots of space to hang out while waiting on family members to get ready! They even have games set up stuff like cornhole etc. The room was spotless, we got a room with 2 Queen beds more than enough room for 2 people, the patio is HUGE you can watch the fireworks from where we were and to top it off. The adjacent restaurant, the Pizza Press, is very good, I was a little put off at first by the pre cooked wings but they HIT, I will admit I did not try the pizza but my partner did and thinks it was very good as well! 10/10 will be staying again in the future.

Fabulous stay at a convenient location. We got room service for breakfast one morning and it was so easy. Loved the option of 2 king beds.

Rooms are great and clean! The hotel is older but it’s clean and it’s cute! We liked the aesthetic and it’s so close to Disney!

My family and I stayed here for our trip to Disneyland. The location was right next to the entrance which was awesome. However, I was disgusted with the bathroom. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower walls from previous guests. Definitely not being cleaned properly. After I told my mom about the hair, she was so disgusted that she refused to use the shower. Seems like the drain was clogged as well since the water drained extremely slowly. There is also no hand soap at all. I had to use the body wash they provided in the shower to wash my hands. If I could give zero stars I would.
