Hotel Anaheim Majestic Garden

It's a bit confusing that at check-in they only give you a map to get to your room without anyone to guide you. Everything else was very good, the buffet was excellent.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for about 10 years. The grounds and lobby are well-maintained, beautiful even - rose garden, koi pond, family of ducks, nice breakfast… But I’ve noticed that over the years the rooms have suffered. Things are run down, maintenance deferred. The niceness of the lobby and grounds no longer match the rooms. I was also very disappointed to learn that they only provide housekeeping services every 3 NIGHTS! I find this unacceptable. I still highly recommend the hotel for short stays to Disneyland. Their shuttle service is excellent and reliable. Proximity is terrific. But get ready to be nickle and dime’d here. One big plus: charging stations in the parking lot.

Sorry to say but I didn't have a good experience, room smelled like urine, the air-conditioning kept me awake, with a sound like when the washer machine spins, and doorknobs were sticky, and I think outside needs to be powere washed..

Room: It was nothing special. It was clean and supplied. The room was pretty far from the entryways. Service: The service was kind. The people working was courteous and very helpful in wanting you to engage with activations throughout the hotel and areas surrounding. Location: Right by Disneyland, close to the Anaheim Packing House (which had a live DJ when I was there), and the Anaheim GardenWalk.

Located near the exit to Disneyland you get a really spacious room great service and one of only two hotels with their own shuttle service to and from Disneyland that departs every half hour!!!

This was a terrible experience this time around which sucks cause we USED to like staying here for Disney, except this time when we checked into the hotel we asked the guy checking us in if we are going together get charged for anything else besides the deposit, he said no. Our room smelt like a terrible old smell and the hot water didn’t work at all till maintenance was called and made it a little warm after messing with it for almost an hour, keep in mind we stayed 4 nights with semi warm water, and don’t even get me started on the nats that come out of the sink non stop which they didn’t care about.Our parking pass wasn’t working so we went back to the desk and asked about it the lady stated we aren’t paying for parking so this is the second conformation that we were not getting charged for parking. That is until we checked out and were charged $117 after calling and email the director which is impossible to get ahold of and does not email back at all we finally got a hold of him he didn’t believe us and only offered 50% back of the $117 which still hasn’t came after a week now so this is why I’m writing this review it’s the principle of multiple employees lying to us about not paying for parking then turning around and charging us , and staying 4 nights with a terrible room and not being able to accommodate. We in fact will not be returning this place has gone down hill

We’ve stayed here almost every time we go to Disneyland now. This last time was the best, Adam at the front desk and Christine in the Cafe made everything great and personable. Adam was insanely helpful and friendly, ensuing everything was taken care of for us at the hotel. Staying on the first floor imo is the best however just because the elevators are small and hard to fit a family and stroller in together. We usually just bring the stroller and one adult, while the others climb the stairs or wait for the elevator to return as one is generally out or service. Housekeeping generally only happens if you are in the room when they knock on your door or you request it. I don’t mind that personally, but just as a tip for those who stay here. The cafe food is expensive but it’s good and convenient if you don’t want to eat at the Parks. They have handicap friendly shuttles (that you have to call ahead for so they know they need that shuttle) and the shuttles are absolute life savers when you either need a break mid day, forgot something and didn’t realize until you’re at the park, or you stay late and the party is tired. The shuttle drives either have a wonderful personality or none at all. Doesn’t seem like there’s an in between. They used to use your room key as proof to board the shuttle, now they use purple wrist bands which are uncomfortable and extras after you check in are $15/each. My suggestion is get extras upfront so you have them (don’t pay for them when you check in) and attach them to whatever bag/stroller you have. They don’t need to be on a wrist, just shown as proof that you’re a guest there. Overall, anytime we make a plan for Disneyland, the Majestic Garden hotel is always part of that plan.

Doesn't have morning turnovers. So, watch your towel usage. Easy to get lost looking for your room. (They should escort). The shuttle service is phenomenal, great drivers.

It was a very nice stay! The hotel offers a shuttle to the park don't have to pay extra! Comes with your stay! Food was yummy! You have so many options to pick from! Very kid friendly as well! Overall was a very nice stay!
