I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but after multiple interactions with their incompetent customer service, I cancelled my five-night, $1,000 reservation. Another thing to be aware of before booking: In order to confirm your reservation, you will be forced to send a copy of your drivers license and "a real-time selfie".

A great night out in Ann Arbor and this resting spot was right in the heart of the evening. A bit pricey (perhaps not for Ann Arbor) but the room was huge, the bed was comfy and not having to deal with reception a welcomed feature. Will stay again.

I will change this review to 5 stars and a detailed good review when you can provide info and do something about the random fire alarms that had happening during the night, or at least a compensation. Feel free to reach me if you want once you fixed the issue and I will change my review

As it stands right now, my feeling would be a review amounting to two out of five. The room was nice and clean, and the area was good but the stay was not smooth. We needed to store our bags prior to check in time, a service offered by hotels and while offered here our code to access the community did not activate until our check in time making the offering almost useless. We also wished to use the TV which did not work, and spent a lot of time trying to tell the support that it didn’t work with them either not believing or not understanding. They sent a tech who failed to even recognize the issue, then sent a tech the next day who could not fix the issue. Functionally we did not have a TV for our entire stay. Finally on our last night we were awoken and sent out into the cold due to a fire alarm at two in the morning. No explanation or remuneration has as yet been offered. All in all, the location is good, and might be a suitable place for those on a budget or those willing to cram more people in on the more spacious accommodation but for those looking for a hotel-esque experience would be best looking elsewhere.

Rooms are nice and clean. And yes I did have a problem with the access codes and you have to text them. You can actually get stuck in the elevator and have to text them cuz they can't hear you. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Not enough towels. Not enough places to hang wet towels. There should have been at least four to six large towels in the room, but there were only two. And interestingly enough, the kitchen silverware drawer completely interfered with the refrigerator. That was pretty funny

Simple. Pleasant. Convenient. The neighborhood was great. I had a studio so it was small as I expected but it had everything I needed. I felt safe and comfortable here and would definitely stay here again.

Definately got over charged because of concert we attended.....it was Very, very Basic but clean, furnishing tired and of low quality, no housekeeping during our stay so maybee take towels. Nearly £1200 for a 2 night stay with NO SLEEP 👎 because of noise from surrounding bars and other guests till after 3am.....absolutely disgraceful! Also left our luggage in their storage and had to wait over 20 mins for access as they deleted our access code at 11am. Felt scammed, the few staff that we actually seen were pleasant. Location is good if you are attending Michigan Stadium for an event about a 25 min walk.....but unless its your only option which for us it was I would definately NOT stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK. Charged me twice for one night stay, then had me TEXT my American Express bill to them as proof that they charged me twice. I assume they have no records of their own charges. Check-in was not good as there are no people - you have to do it online and if your WiFi doesn’t work you’re out of luck while you stand outside trying to figure out how to check in. The balcony overlooked a really ugly abandoned garage under construction housing homeless people - so that’s not a perk- we closed the shades immediately. There were hairs in the shower and stains on the sheets. Crumbs on the couch Everything looks very dated - even the scratched up silverware and tiles. There is a throw blanket which is nice but I fortunately it looks to have been purchased at a thrift store or about 15 years ago. Desk all scratched up. Decor looks like the 70s. Will never stay here again. It’s horrible and I can’t believe what they charge for this place. It has a good location. They did nothing upon hearing about my experience, and I am still trying to get a refund since they charged me twice for the worse hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are layed out so you have decent sized living room space, which is nice. There is access to a roof top deck. With the right weather it is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. The reason for the four star review is kitchen has very little cookware. The place settings for four I understand. But the largest pot is a three quart sauce pan. There are no mixing bowls. I had to get a oven mit from the room my In-laws were in because we didn't have one in our room. Over all nice place to stay they just need to update the cookware.

This is virtual checkin so do need to do in advance. But when I called were super helpful. Location is great.

Great location!!!! Uncomfortable furniture in entire unit. Couch and bed were cheap and boxy. Balcony was wonderful. So much to do within walking distance.
