Exhibit A2

Was a little nervous because of other reviews but our stay was great! Checked in online, no issues with access codes. You can call the concierge service for quick and friendly assistance if needed. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had basic necessities for cooking. The parking garage was super close, $33 for overnight but considering the price of the room it wasn’t too much. There is a nice gym on the main floor and a comedy club in the basement. Cups N Chai is a lovely coffee joint next door. Shopping, bars and food all in walking distance. Will be coming back!
The “hotel” is more like an Airbnb than anything else. No security, no staff on site, and run-down and dirty rooms that are clearly not cleaned between guests. Shower was pretty disgusting with hair and mold, beds are small and cheap, interfaces to enter rooms and use elevators are cheap, clunky and just not secure if you have ever watched a single pen-testing video on YouTube. Walls are thin, you can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms or businesses around you. Often going late into the night. Get a white noise app if you have the misfortune of staying here. More of a me issue but I also had a pretty severe allergic reaction to the shampoo they stocked in the rooms which I’ve never had before. I’m going to be coming back to Ann Arbor in the future. But not this “hotel”.
I really like the 'hotel with remote service' model and this hotel company (Blue Suede) does a good job with it. The hotel itself is above a nice little coffee shop and an amateur comedy club. Entry is by codes you get from the all digital check-in process. The rooms are basically former apartments - think Airbnb on steroids. They are very nice but with minimal amenities in the rooms. If you are comfortable with not having staff on side at a desk, this is a very great and affordable option right in the heart of Ann Arbor. I definitely recommend it! 💯
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! My husband and I have stayed at this hotel exactly two times. Both experiences were horrible, and I believe the property managers of this establishment know the risks of how they operate, but they choose to overlook the safety of their guests to make a profit. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The first time we stayed we had tickets to a show at the comedy club in the building. Friends of ours also booked a room as well. That night a fight broke out on the floor below us and our friends had somebody bludgeoned with a pistol against their hotel door at 4am. As soon as someone from the commotion heard sirens, they shouted, “POLICE ARE COMING! EVERYBODYS GOTTA GO!” They all scattered just before the police arrived. We were escorted out just as they were bringing in the battering ram to access the room in question because the SWAT officers couldn’t get access to it. There wasn’t a single staff member on site to help. On our way out that night, we witnessed blood on the walls and ceilings of the halls and elevator. It was horrific. We didn’t think it was possible that something like that could happen again. Surely they had put safety protocols in place to prevent it, and we were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. They were nice rooms, and the location was in a busy downtown of a safe city. We weighed our options and decided to try again. We booked an overnight stay, because we had tickets to a concert around the corner. We got back to the hotel around 11pm and made multiple calls to the hotel service number over a period of two hours about a loud party and what sounded like arguing on our floor. Their solution was to call the guest who booked that room to remind them of the hotel policies. We made multiple calls after that. It finally escalated to the point where I thought I heard gunshots followed by a woman screaming in the hallway that there were shots fired and blood was all over the bathroom. Still no word from hotel staff so I called 911. Same as last time, as soon as they heard sirens, they all took off down the stairwells. The police swarmed the hallway and had to come in with the battering ram once again to break down the door because they couldn’t get access to the room. My husband and I were forced to leave our room at 1am. I explained all of this to the helpline the next morning and they said the best they could do is refund me 20% of my stay, a mere $40 for our troubles. When I asked to speak to management, I was told a final decision had been made and there will be no further communication. They said they handled the situation properly and shut it down in a timely manner and that their decision was final. Their customer service is awful. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AND BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! EDITED TO ADD: we never received a refund and were ghosted by the hotel. I had to make a dispute with my bank. DO NOT BOOK HERE! PROFIT OVER SAFETY.
I'm sure it's a very nice hotel be worth the price I would pay cash if they like
