Sonesta Select Arlington Rosslyn

I don't think you could beat Sonesta Select in terms of quality, cost, and proximity to Washington DC. Friendly staff, great food options within walking distance, and a surprisingly well supplied fitness room makes for a great experience.

SCAM ALERT!!! Did not receive my $100 security deposit back despite cleaning every corner of the room myself! No housekeeping for 5 days I stayed there!! No help at all from the staff! Need to go down for everything!! They’re short staffed and not polite at all! SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE! PLS DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER HOTELS IN ARLINGTON !!

I made a reservation at this hotel two weeks ago, but then had to change my dates at the last minute, so I tried contacting them a week ago. I booked through Agoda, and I understand that it’s not possible to change the reservation dates directly on that site. However, the contact information listed on the site was completely wrong. When I contacted the listed email address, I received an automated reply stating that the person had already left the company, along with four other email addresses. However, none of those four email addresses responded to me! I also tried contacting them through Sonesta.com, but they only sent back a generic, cookie-cutter response that seemed like they hadn’t even read my question. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation.

Wasn't able to check out on time and they allowed me extra time to get back to the hotel and gather my things and leave late. Excellent service

Overall the hotel was good. Easy drive from center of the city. Quiet and safe neighborhood. If the price is ok when you book it’s a good enough place to stay the nights. They don’t give you any free water and what they sell is way overpriced - there’s a 7-11 that’s 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Staff seems to have refused to clean the room, I asked about 4 times over the course of 3 days over a 6 day stay and they did not come into the room once to clean towels or bed sheets.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Too noisy in the hallways. Also too much dust in the rooms. Next time I'm going back to Hyatt.

This is a great hotel! Absolutely recommend. Personnel at the reception are quite welcoming and mindful of the customers' needs.
