Shadow Mountain Lodge

Good place to stay, very reasonably priced, by Aspen standards.

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived, because this place was very expensive compared to other places I've stayed in. But then I realized that most hotels in Aspen will charge you more than double the rate of this place, and you have a full kitchen so you can also save a lot of money by not dining out every day. It's a great option for those wanting to visit Aspen without spending a ton of money, and we were very comfortable during our stay. The housekeeping staff kept our apartment and kitchen clean every day. There's a pull-down bed in the living room so you don't have to sleep upstairs in the loft.

Much better then our expectations, loved our studio room. Super clean, great location and view.

Great place, right in town. You can walk to everything but watch out for the Bears at night!

Great hidden Gem in Aspen. Excellent facilities (Heated Pool with spa jets, Sauna & BBQs) & Location -Only a few short blocks to town and Ski Lifts yet on a super quiet neighborhood/street in the West end of Aspen. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. My wife, kids and I had a wonderful time here in the apartment - absolutely perfect!

The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. They are nicer than many condos I have been in.
