The hotel radiates soul through its cozy atmosphere and distinct character. This hotel provides an experience that outshines your common chain expectations. Every room displayed its own distinctive character through antique furnishings and detailed touches while remaining spotless and cozy. The bed felt luxurious and the entire ambiance created a comforting sense of home. Reaching out via text to the owners provided an easy and hospitable experience. All my friends will get my recommendation for this place.

The Residence Hotel stands out as an exceptional place to stay in Aspen. You can enjoy downtown living at an affordable price by choosing this location. The master suite offered ample space along with stunning decoration and outstanding comfort. I loved how the owners were responsive and friendly since everything I needed was just outside my door. The hotel ownership by a family offers you a distinctly personal experience.

My stay at the French Studio was absolutely amazing! The room displayed a romantic and attractive design which complemented the small kitchen space for perfect breakfast. The bed was amazingly comfortable that I slept perfectly. A big hotel won’t offer you this kind of character and warmth for such an affordable price. Can’t recommend enough!

A True Aspen Gem!! The Residence Hotel provided a perfect historical retreat during my stay. The hotel's eclectic décor had plenty of character and the rooms were perfectly clean. The hotel sits in downtown Aspen which offers immediate access to the shops and restaurants. My entire trip went by without needing to use a car! Text messaging allowed me to communicate effortlessly with the owners, Simon and Susan. They were incredibly helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be back!!

The best located hotel in town!

Hotel / rooms are very pretty, just didn’t feel the most clean (fabric walls in bathroom). Walls are thin. Service was mostly through text and was pretty responsive. Location is insanely good, right in the heart of Aspen. Right across the street from Paradise Bakery, and beside all the shops.

One of the best hotels that I have ever been.

The location cannot be beat in Aspen for dining, shopping, parks and more. We accidentally left something behind while leaving and they graciously took the time to package and ship the item to our home. We will be back!

This is not your average hotel. It's 8 large suites on the second floor, connected by a large sitting room. The hotel only has housekeeping service. The suites have an updated old west vibe. The kitchens have old stovetops and ovens. The bathrooms and bedrooms are small. Controlling the temp can be tricky in the rooms. You can't beat the location. But feels like you're renting a room in someone's home.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel in Aspen! Walking distance to everything! Eclectic decor with glamorous little touches that make you feel luxurious. We loved our stay at the Residence Hotel.

My wife and I were so fortunate to discover Ms. Terry’s Residence Boutique hotel for our anniversary! This location was once apartment units and Ms. Terry has put her own amazing spin on the rooms to create an amazing atmosphere where romance is rekindled and comfort is unavoidable. Thanks for the brilliant stay and I’d recommend anyone curious about staying here to go for it!
