For the price it is very nice. Clean. Great staff. Nice breakfast. A little worn but they have renovation going on to update it.

Checked into a room that wasn't ready. The staff was understanding but it was definitely not expected. The bed barely had any blankets on it. Just a sheet and a thin blanket and the pillows were awful. You can hear children running up and down the halls so it wasnt a quiet place.

This is a great place to stay if you are heading to Casper. It is right by the North Platte River. A great little path with benches is right next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and for the most part clean. Very reasonable rates as well.

I avg 300 nights a year in hotels. 3 stars for this is generous. Might have been one day and could be again it’s just not now. Put into an adjoining room could hear the couple in the next room as if they were sitting next to me had to go into the bathroom to have a private phone conversation. I can tell you one of them had wicked bad gas last night. Does that sound 3 star. Haha

Our room was dirty, coffee grounds all over the counter, carpet heavily stained, the pillows are lumpy and cheap, the windows overlooking the patio are streaked with dirt and full of condensation. There is a creepy room by the back entry door with the door wide open and shades drawn but seems sketchy. The bathroom has dropped ceiling tiles and filthy vents. Would not recommend.

This place is great!! Not your average hotel that you could stay anywhere in Casper. They have these water machines that has the most delicious water, way better than bottled water. The staff was very helpful with telling me what they have to offer. Breakfast included with your stay, fitness center, arcade, AMAZING restaurant and bar, FREE guest laundry, hot tub and heated pool, right on the river, pet friendly which is huge to me because my dogs are my kids (haha), and a nice comfortable room to top it all off! And I have been wanting to demo a Tesla, you know the electric cars. They even offer demo rides right at the hotel!! I couldn’t believe it. They have the electric car chargers as well. I have stayed at many hotels in my day and this was the best by far. Don’t listen to bad reviews. I have learned that when people leave reviews that literally had everything wrong, it’s because nothing makes those kind of people happy. Yes, they are doing some renovations. But it didn’t bother my stay one bit. This is the place to stay in Casper, Wyoming!!

I was greeted by Numan and CJ at the front desk they where overly help full checked me in quickly and got me the room type I needed both where extremely helpful my whole stay was excellent duo to their help they go above and beyond to help and make your stay most enjoyable definitely would recommend this hotel

We stayed here during my daughter’s volleyball tournament and everything was great with this hotel! Definitely will be staying again and the general manager was absolutely fantastic

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Upon walking into the hotel you can tell that the hotel is taken very well care of. Property was going under big updates but you can tell that the owners care a bunch! As me and my family took a look through the hotel we quickly found out that the hotel was probably one of the biggest hotels I’ve ever seen!!

I stayed here during a work trip and honestly didn't want to leave. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space to relax after a long day. The staff made everything easy and were very respectful. Good experience.

I arrived to the hotel we booked 20 minutes before the check in time stated in my email. The woman at the front desk was absolutely rude. I showed her the email that said 2pm check in. She decided to be even more rude. You can bet that I'll never book here again. For being in the "hospitality" industry, y'all should look up the definition of the word hospitality! Extremely disappointed in this hotel/staff. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else if you're coming to Casper. After actually getting checked into our room I was even more disappointed. First they checked us into the "wrong" room. I paid for a suite and got a room that was no different than a regular hotel room. Secondly, I went to take a shower and literally had to clean the tub/shower before I could get in it. It was covered with some brown grainy substance. Never again.
