Believe the hype from the web. I stayed in the “crystal cave” themed room and it was worth every dollar. Everything in the room worked. And is only about 5 minutes from the casino AND the cost is about the same. Worth it.

Here for Valentines Day weekend to visit Meskwaki- hotel was booked solid so we booked here. And it was a pleasant surprise. We did not get a designer room- all booked up for those. Our room was 102. Pros: Outside property looks good, clean, tidy, kept up Room was clean! Bed was comfortable! Continental breakfast provided, fruit, cereal, waffles, muffins, coffee, juice Vending machine for soda and snacks Staff friendly and helpful Indoor pool Everything clean Paid $111 and some change for two nights in our non-themed room We were happy with our stay!!! Cons: It’s not updated, kinda older but that’s ok with us. Still in nice shape No elevator!!! No mini fridge or microwave in our room For a place to sleep that’s clean and comfy and affordable- we were well pleased and would stay again.

I got one of the standard rooms. The bed is comfortable, and the place was clean and quiet. Great room for the rate I got it at. I gave it 4 stars only because the bed, though comfortable mad a weird nose when you moved. I know, that sounds nuts. But it was a loud rumbling sound, (think bending sheet metal). And there is no elevator. It didn't matter to me, but if you're unable to make a trek up stairs, you may be out of luck. All in all, I would stay here again.

Rooms are older and worn out, not like the glossed up pics on the Internet. Breakfast was not great, coffee was awful. Never got our $100 deposit back even though we left the room better than we found it. And they charged us twice for the room! It has been 5 days and still no credit back to our account. Stay somewhere else!

The Northern lights themed room was just what we needed for a little getaway. We thought it was so cool we wanted to stay another night so we went to another themed room that was so so... The Northern lights room is highly recommended. Despite the negative reviews. We had a really good time with great service and late checkout.

Against the American with disabilities act (ADA), I was denied booking a room with my service animal. I asked twice about a service animal and was denied.

Milk was out of date and sour never any thing out for breakfast. But very proud of the price of there rooms.
