Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cedar Rapids

I stay here almost on a weekly basis things were decent and okay but this time they put bogus charges on my credit card after I left for $50 for mascara on a pillowcase. I no longer recommend this bogus hotel.

Oh boy!!!! Apparently booking off their own website is a 3rd party. I booked 2 queens and was given a king room. They could not accommodate and refused a refund. Lady at desk made 2 phone calls to and luckily on the 2nd phone call she was magically able to give us a refund.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind. Rooms were clean, spacious and cozy. Ours had 2 fridges! Would definitely stay here again.

I have some safety concerns about the Days Inn hotel located on Blairs Ferry Road in Cedar Rapids. I stayed there last night. I checked in late, about 12:30AM. Handed my license to the front desk person and got my room key. She had a hard time finding me in the system and I explained to her that I did book on Expedia and paid online earlier in the week. I got settled in my room and about 1:30-1:45AM, I hear voices outside of my door. I then heard a key card click on my door and the door flew open. I had the safety latch so the door stopped because of that. I immediately tried to call the front desk from the room phone, which did not work. It did not have a dial tone. I had to look up the number for the hotel and call from my cell. Finally I got ahold of the front desk and asked why in the hell someone had a key to my room and tried to enter. I guess she put me in the 'wrong room' and I have been accused of not 'Signing the Registration' when I checked in, which I went through the whole process and put my card on file, front desk asked for my license, etc.. Safety is my main concern. There was no checks on the room situation, just handed out another card for the same room. The phone does not work in the room. I did not sleep well as I was worried for my safety. I can say I will not be staying there. I am probably not going to be staying at Days Inns and possibly any Wyndham hotel in the future.

Was a great place to stay at room was very clean and the front desk people where great and had great breakfast was good and was and easy check in there . I would stay there any time I need to stay in cedar rapids .

Right off 380. Breakfast okay. Bed okay. It was clean and quiet.
