Excellent stay.
Terrible stay, we had two rooms over $300 for both for one night, both toilets kept flushing all night, staff said that was normal. The ac unit was ridiculously loud. Rooms were not clean just looked and felt dirty, literal hair all on the shower, stuck to the curtain on and in the toilet. Beds were at least hairless we think, but we all slept on top of everything. and there were kids running up and down the halls starting at 6 am we couldn’t sleep at all. And cleaning people were literally at our doors waiting by 10am when check out was 11, not the greatest experience at all.
Okay I guess. Served the purpose for a week. Bed was comfortable.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I attempted to reschedule my trip for just one week later, but the hotel flatly refused. Even after speaking with both the property and the booking site and clearly explaining the situation, there was no flexibility or willingness to help. The lack of understanding was both surprising and disappointing.
There were rust spots in the bathtub and the faucet broke. Hotels by the highway are not always loud, but this was very noisy. I kept waking up through the night to sounds of loud trucks and car alarms going off. The staff was nice, and the bed was clean though. Still, I was expecting better for the price
Heavy rains had seeped into room soaking carpet, but staff was helpful in making room acceptable.
