The Junto

I keep coming back to Junto because of the people. The staff are genuinely welcoming and make every visit feel personal. The space itself is beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and connect. It's the combination of the warm community and inviting environment that keeps me coming back.

From the service to the quality of the rooms. Everything was great. As our first time here. You're close to the Veterans Memorial and Cosi. You're a short Uber ride away from great food and drinks if you decide to get out of The Junto.

Please carry your toothbrush and paste while going to Junto, they don’t provide. Basic things not providing. I was stayed there for three days. They are keeping same towel for all days by just folding the same used one. They are not changing at all.

Genuinely wonderful stay. Location is in a beautiful and very new area. The coffee shop has great coffee, and breakfast is a must here! Rooftop vibes were outstanding. I hope to come back and stay again!

Lots of hidden charges and fees I was asked for 418 when I booked the room and they added on 100 dollars in hidden fees for a 2 day stay while I didnt do anything extra. Terrible practices and would hope the BBB looks into fraud

I have to say I absolutely LOVE this place. I came to Maudines all the time to study. Great environment 10/10 all around. Today I got to stay in the King Executive suite. All of the staff was so helpful despite having to call a few times because of my work schedule making check in complicated. But everyone at the front desk was so patient and so helpful. Aisley (I'll-Lee) is one of the main people who helped me out, super kind. The room was beautiful, amazing experience, awesome tub. The rooftop bar was beautiful even with the rain shutting things down. The bar staff was AMAZING. The morning soured a bit as I left the hotel to pick my daughter and returned with intentions to put a breakfast order in and then return to the room for check out. I was standing at the bar at 10:40. I was ignored by everyone except for the kind runner who said I should continue to wait at the bar to place the order. I wasn't greeted by the waiters. I get they were transitioning as breakfast closed at 11, so I was patient (I've been a waiter before). I assumed they were prioritizing the people who were there already and would come to me after. At 10:54 Naomi finally approached me and told me no. She was extremely rude in tone and very curt. Saying if I wanted service I should have come earlier as they stop at 10:50. I explained that I had been waiting there since before then. She pursed her lips and just said "No. Go upstairs." I'm sure she's irritated by customers coming too close to time or maybe it was just a bad day but it would have been nice if she didn't pour all of that energy into our single interaction. Check out is in an hour, so I'll probably skip it. But, it is unfortunate because this is the singled bad experience I've had since January when I started to come. I'll definitely try again, just will come earlier for breakfast next time and hope that the next visit isn't during Naomi's shift. Location note: parking normally isn't too bad but Saturday?! Every road closed, all parking gone.
