My husband and I stayed at The Junto for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and the hotel has many positive qualities. The facilities are modern, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. Our room was spotless, clean, and well-maintained upon arrival. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. At check-in, we were informed that complimentary snacks and beverages were available for guests, but we were unable to enjoy this benefit because, according to a supervisor, they had been out of stock for quite some time. In addition, our room was not serviced during our stay, which was surprising given the hotel’s standard and reputation. Finally, the room service breakfast did not meet our expectations. Rather than the presentation one would typically expect from a hotel, the meal was delivered in cardboard boxes with plastic utensils and disposable cups, making it feel more like a food delivery order than a hotel room service experience. Despite these inconveniences, we appreciated the beautiful facilities, the cleanliness of our room upon arrival, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, the guest experience could better match the high quality of The Junto’s facilities.
Got the opportunity to stay here for a weekend, we checked in Friday night and checked out Sunday morning. The valet at the Junto are friendly and fast. Anthony at the front desk was a pleasure, he got us checked in and gave us a rundown of all the amenities they had to offer. Anytime we passed by him in the lobby, he made sure to ask how we were and was super friendly. Saturday morning we enjoyed breakfast with Carlos as our waiter, he was attentive and kind as well. Sad to leave and hopeful to come stay here again.
We stayed at the Junto this weekend for a music festival and had a wonderful time. Loved the decor and accents in the room, the comfortable beds, and the shower design. We were a little confused with the blackout curtains at first, but after we figured out the controls this was an amazing touch for us as we needed to sleep in. We had breakfast twice at the hotel and enjoyed yummy food and amazing customer service at both places (at the bar downstairs and the rooftop bar). We ended our Saturday night at the rooftop bar, which was fun to people watch at. I actually lost my phone and the customer service to get it back to me was unexpected and I was grateful everyone working at the hotel was kind and helpful. Great place to stay for a weekend trip.
Great spot. Relaxing. If you are in Columbus, this is definitely the cool hang hotel. 😎 Rooftop bar and food. Great coffee shop. They have it all covered..
