Room 1003 experienced a ceiling collapse over the shower area during my stay. I reported it at checkout and was told a manager would contact me. I followed up by email and, more than a week later, have received no response regarding either the incident or a lost item inquiry. Disappointing lack of follow-through.
Over priced hotel. Ice machine did not work on multiple floors. Air was barely working. The rooms are out dated. Thankfully the staff was nice and helpful.
bathroom smelled like urine, room had no heat, they couldn't provide a warm room, gave us dirty blankets instead. couldn't order mixed drinks from the bar as there was no bartender, and no food available at 5 pm as promised because there was no chef. called to speak to the manager and rather than listening he chose to argue with me. refused to refund our stay. horrible stay and will NEVER return.
Good location, lots of bars and restaurants near by. Rooms were clean. Beds are comfy. And the staff were friendly checking in and helpful for information. I would stay here again!
There was no online check in option. Check in time was 4pm and we waited in line for 30 minutes to check in. No valet parking. Had to park in parking garage up the road which was connected to the hotel. Room was not very clean and blankets had brown stains on them. If we walked to the shoe where our concert was, it would have taken 1.5 hours. It was a 30 minute drive to venue. There were a lot of shops nearby within walking distance, but overall very disappointing all the way around.
I don't usually write many reviews, but I wanted to warn people before staying here. Check in was terrible. There was a line out the door for hours and took us forever to get to the front. The ladies checking in were very nice, but they needed more help. They were sending a staff member up to see if rooms were ready and having to re-assign rooms if they weren't. Only 1 of the four elevators was working and it took 10+ minutes to get one to stop on your floor only to have it full of people. Our shower was making a screeching noise the entire night that kept me up and when you turned the knob no water came out. While waiting to check in we heard several other people coming down to tell the front desk that their shower didn't work either. Our friend's room was blasting heat despite being 75 degrees outside. We went to the bar to get a drink, and it was also blasting heat and about 90 degrees. We were all sweating and had to leave. I would never return to this hotel and would recommend others to not either.
Absolutely unacceptable. This hotel was completely unprepared and severely understaffed all day. We couldn’t even get an early check-in because no one answered the phones, and the hosts left calls ringing while guests were left waiting. You knew there was a marathon, a Blue Jackets game, and a Luke Combs concert, yet the property was still a mess. The lobby was disgusting, only 1 out of 4 elevators was working, and there were 10 to 15 people waiting just to get up or down. Our key cards barely worked, there was no room service, and the whole experience was chaotic from start to finish. We will be disputing the charges with our credit card company and pursuing a refund. Do not book here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
