Neat Suites

We stayed at the most beautiful cabin in Williamstown KY. Spacious, neat, clean and the communication with Neat Suites was impeccable. From booking to checking out was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone

Pickle Factory Hotel - Covington Ky 4/2026 Easy 5 star rating - the unit itself was in a perfect location, very well priced and very well stocked with everything you need when traveling. The unit was super clean upon arrival and seemed like a new unit. We loved it. For a “non physically hosted location” the communication was excellent. I had a few questions that were quickly answered and the check in/out process was simple. I highly recommend our location and the management company that was used!

We had a lovely stay near the Ark Encounter! We felt very welcomed, and there were nice biblical touches throughout the home. Easy communication and accommodations. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great cool place. The tents were so cool for our trip. They supply some stuff and that helped a lot. They also have free wood which help with our cold days. The only thing I would suggest is adding just a bathroom house. 4 bathrooms with showers is great but when you have 8 tents using them there can be a long wait if all 4 are being used for showers and your little one need to go to the restroom. We had this issue and had to wait for a good 20 min to use the restroom. Other than that this place was amazing.

I recently have stayed in the ‘8 Min to Stadiums and Downtown Cincy’ apartment which is actually located in Ludlow Ky. Every description and pictures are right on and in fact the apartment is even better than the pictures if that is possible. It is absolutely charming and so well done. The unit is supplied with all necessities and cleaned to perfection. The location and parking was great and I felt very safe there. On top of this, my contact person with Neat Suites was the best. There were no problems with anything really but just had general questions and he responded immediately. I would highly recommend staying in this adorable apartment located in a charming location but yet close to everything. I plan on continuing rental opportunities with them as needed.

Stayed at a house in Williamstown. Was very comfortable for our group, extremely well-stocked and very, very clean. Well set up for all ages and stages. Our kids loved the trundle bed room they stayed in, and we enjoyed the fire pit and walking to get burgers and ice cream!

These are some really nice cabins. And I love that they respond very quickly and respectfully to any situation you have in or around the cabins. It’s in a location away from the city area and it’s so peaceful and quiet there. We will be returning. You will not be disappointed. And you definitely will get your money’s worth. Very nice and comfy place. I highly recommend Neat Suites😊

We stayed in a property managed by neat suites with a few problems when we arrived. They Jeremiah contacted us immediately and everything was addressed and taken care of within 24 hours. Their properties are managed excellently and they are awesome!!

My daughter stayed with her family here. It was super comfy and extra toasty warm for the cold weather. Coming back in the summer

In March 2025, our little family was coming into town to visit The Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY. We rented a cabin at The Lodges at Eden Reserve for our stay. The property was very nice and clean. Everything was renovated, new, and well prepared. The new olive oil and salt/pepper were appreciated, as were the local coffee packs. Our bed was a little soft for our taste but our kids slept great. Bathrooms were good. Our big issue was the customer service. It felt very corporate and lacking in true hospitality. We were arriving on a weekday and asked for a few hour early check-in. (The last two rentals we stayed at elsewhere not only offered this for free but proactively, without us even asking.) The company responded that the earliest they could do was 2pm and it'd be $50 extra. They insisted I pay through outside invoice. We ended up arriving only an hour or so early, could tell it was clean from their company working on other cabins up the road, and they still made us feel like they were doing us a big favor by letting us in 45 minutes early, when we were only staying one night (19 hours.) | suggest they get back to the heart of hospitality.

We recently visited The Ark Encounter in Williamstown Ky and rented a cabin at The Lodges at Eden Reserve for our stay. What a find!! The cabin had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and living room--perfect for our party of 3 adults. Very clean and nicely decorated! We were given check in instructions via email which was a perfectly smooth process. The management company, Neat Suites, stayed in touch via email through our stay--very responsive to a quick question I had as well! Would definitely stay again, highly recommend The Lodges at Eden Reserve!
