Fitness center + M club were great All the staff were excellent. 5 star service

I always enjoys my stays here. Doris makes breakfast in the M club the best lounge breakfast experience I think I've had in any hotel. Just wish we could get an omelet station every once in a while. ---update--- and they delovered! Just had a fantastic prime rib omelet in the M Club. Sorry no lic. Ate it too fast

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and my room was very tidy and clean. The restaurant inside had great tasting food and amazing service. The breakfast buffet was great and we really appreciated Connie with her kindness and helpfulness in getting our day on the right track.

I recently stayed at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter. In my half-century of travel, I have never been made to feel more welcome. An all-round first class experience, and in particular, Front Desk Agent Justice Hill went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves an enthusiastic thank-you.

Lobby was chaos as place was sold out. But Courtney at the front desk made it such a warm and welcoming check in experience. She checked on me to make sure everything was great whenever I passed the desk. Please give his superstar the raise she deserves. FYI please keep brownies in lounge till 10pm.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter. It is a very nice property that feels upscale and well-maintained, making it a great choice for a stay in the area. ​The rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. My favorite feature was definitely the balcony; having a private outdoor space with great river views added a special touch to the experience. ​I was also pleasantly surprised by the dining. The food is quite good, and unlike many hotel restaurants, the prices are not overly high. It’s refreshing to find quality meals at such a reasonable price point within the hotel. Highly recommended for the views and the value!

Staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are up to date and very clean. The architecture of the building is a little strange.

Parking is the only issue. Rooms are not very kid friendly.
