Chippewa Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center

The Chippewa Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center is the region's anchor queer organization, serving Eau Claire, Chippewa, and Dunn counties from its downtown space at 505 S Dewey Street. It functions as both a drop-in social space and a resource center, offering a lending library, support and interest groups, a penpal program, and referrals for LGBTQ+ residents and visitors. The Center organizes Chippewa Valley Pride in the Park each June at Phoenix Park, along with Queer Prom and other community events throughout the year. For travelers, it is the best first point of contact to learn what is happening locally in the LGBTQ+ community.
