My husband and I are so happy to see all of the renovations and improvements happening at Flex Spas! Every time we’ve visited, we’ve had an amazing experience. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and never hesitate to step away to help if you need anything. The pool is consistently clean and inviting, and the hot tub is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The manager is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly cares about making every guest feel at home. We always look forward to coming back and can’t wait to see everything they continue to do with the place. Highly recommend!

Last year I was assaulted here by my ex. I got banned as a result of that. I have tried to come multiple times to speak with the manager Ronnie in person and through the phone and he won't see. I like coming here and would like the opportunity to return. I'm sober and living a different lifestyle. I want to be a regular customer.

Been hers twice now and it’s always so fun. My only two complaints are how hot it feels in there. I know it’s all the body heat from the guys but I’d appreciate a little more ventilation. Have looked forward to the pool and jacuzzi but still down and wanted an update on when it might be open again! If there’s a way we can also donate to help with other fixes I’d be glad to! 9/10 experience overall.

Used to really enjoy this place and the crowd but it seems that standards have fallen while the admission price has increased for deteriorating amenities. The small rooms don't even fit the mattresses they put in them and half the time the fans are defunct and always caked with dust. The sauna was down most of my visit and the bottom of the hot tub was covered in a layer of dirt or gravel that definitely shouldn't have been there. The beds themselves are cracking all over and in need of replacement and the adult content they have in the rooms are frequently unavailable or just outright unusable. The staff is mostly very friendly and respectful when interacting with but a few of the storefront regulars seem to have very catty and unwelcoming attitudes in the way that isn't very fun to exchange with. When everything is functional it's actually a very pleasant atmosphere, they always have a very clean pool, and the weekly events they put on are a nice attempted effort all things considered. I know these gripes seem situational but I wouldn't be mentioning them if there wasn't some consistency in most of these issues. I hate having to leave this bad of a review as well because there are so few options this community has for this kind of experience and I know these things get a lot of pushback from less tolerant people but I think that's proven to be detrimental to the business as a whole over the years. Leaving 2 stars in memory of when the place was occasionally worth what they charge.

The attendant took my virtual id. The people were professional and discreet. Fun was had by all that went with me. Great place for fun and frivolity
