The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami

A metallic iron object has been detected buried underwater near the shoreline of the Ritz Carlton beach. Its removal is recommended to prevent potential accidents with swimmers. I pointed it out today, Sunday, June 14th, with a kayak paddle. The paddle has most likely been removed, but the hazardous object remains. Please exercise caution in that area when walking in the water.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ritz Carlton. Keep the game with Simon and Miguel among other staff including Didler. we wanted some hand flapping fans for the pool because it was extremely hot and the first night they said they have them and they were sending them to our room, but I believe that was a mistake and then the next day they ordered a electronic fan for us to our room, which was just completely above and beyond, even though it actually didn't make it to our room. It wasn't until checkout when I mentioned that they said they were gonna be giving us a hand flapper fan and we never got it and the gentleman knew immediately what I was talking about and went to the back and got my package at first. I told him there was no way that I could accept this because it was such a kind gesture, and I didn't feel entitled that they needed to go out and buy me a handheld fan, but he insisted and he also gave me a dog friendly ball for my pup at home. They also gave me an umbrella and my experience with Didler We just randomly walked past him in the morning and he gave us a beautiful eloquently spoken welcome for our first morning at the Ritz Carlton Biscayne Bay. He told us that we're more than welcome to have some seats in the romantic bar area even though it's not open and listen to piano and enjoy our morning. As for Simon, I had called the front desk repeatedly with no answer and then I called the Valet and told them that I needed a bellhop to my room and Simon took it upon himself to come up and grab our bags as a valet, not even as a bellhop. The service here is amazing and graceful everyone is so sweet and kind. Absolutely worth the stay

I was very disappointed with my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. Having stayed at many Ritz-Carlton properties around the world, this was not the luxury experience I expected from the brand. The property felt dated and lacked the level of elegance, service, and attention to detail typically associated with Ritz-Carlton. At times, it felt more like being on a crowded cruise ship than staying at a luxury resort. My experience at Luma Restaurant was equally disappointing. The food was average at best, and the service was poor. Neither reflected the high standards I would expect from a luxury hotel brand. Overall, this property did not deliver the premium experience that Ritz-Carlton is known for, and I left feeling underwhelmed.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very welcoming environment. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tan studio, and we stopped by to provide a mobile spray tan service for a client. Everything was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful!

I went to a conference at this property at the end of April/beginning of May. Over 30 women left with bites all over their bodies and the hotel has done absolutely nothing to address this. There is obviously an infestation at the property. Be careful.

What an excellent experience. Spending a very busy holiday weekend at a resort can come with the negatives of having too many guests and not enough staff. That was not the case this weekend! The staff throughout the entire resort was amazing - from housekeeping, to the pool waiters. David, Andres, and Kyle were amazing! They were so attentive, caring, and made sure we were always taken care of. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the three of them always made sure we had everything that we needed. A special shoutout to Kyle who was literally taking care of the entire pool making sure that everyone had everything that they needed at all times. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Perfect weekend at the Ritz Key Biscayne!
