Beautiful and elegant....such a nice place to spend your vacations and even to hold your events. 100% recommended.
Everything was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in the door. The staff at the front door were so kind and helpful all the way to the restaurants everything was amazing. Gorgeous property, water stations everywhere, staff is so kind and helpful. Cannot wait to go back! What a fabulous experience!
Horrible experience. We were unable to bathe on Father’s Day after my husband jumped out of the bath tub realizing the water was completely green and smelled like urine. I hope he will not get sick as a result. The tub was also full of dirt. Disgusting. I’ll never forget that smell! The ritz manager did nothing to accommodate us nor offer us any discount. Further, the outdoor tiki bar bartender is extremely slow and the ritz failed to have extra staff on a holiday weekend. I was also overcharged $200 from someone else’s bar tab which I am disputing on drinks I did not buy. The bartender was nice but very confused and overworked by himself. We waited forever and didn’t even get our drinks. I will not be back and plan to cancel my Marriott card.
We don’t check out for another night, but the Ritz Carlton exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. Secluded, but very close to downtown Miami and Brickell in case you need to drive in for the evening, etc. Service was top notch from the valet to the housekeeping. Our daughter (18 months old) was with us and every staff member was incredibly warm to her being there. The rooms are well kept and updated. We spent the majority of the time out of the room doing activities, but it was a comfortable end to each day. We are already looking at planning another stay here for our next vacation.
Beautiful hotel but at this price range, you would expect a little bit of service I messaged ahead of time told him it was my wife and I 20th anniversary and ask if they could make it special for us and they did absolutely nothing
One of the best hotels I've stayed in in America. Clean, quiet, and all services are available. You don't need to leave the hotel except for specific reasons.
