Nice location, and the lady at the office it was very helpful.I had and issue with my code to get to my room and I have to call after midnight, I call the phone number and they were able to provide me with a new one, immediately. I will stay there again.
For starters their office is a housekeeping closet that is never open. Their phone number only goes to voicemail and their is NO EMERGENCY NUMBER TO CALL! Extremely negligent! Upon check-in there was sand on the floors and in the bed, no big deal we're at the beach right... my 4 year old son and I stayed here for 2 nights we're both blonde I found many different colored hairs around the room in the bedding the shower definitelynot from us or our stay. Apparently we stayed in the newly remodeled building where the toilet would run non stop if you didn't manually adjust it and there's no shelving in the shower so you have to store any shower supplies on the floor and you have to use all hot to have a luke warm shower. The toilet is so close to the shower glass you have to sit sideways. The metal towel rack is placed where the glass shower door hits it and will not completely open im surprised my son didn't shatter it. All the clocks were a different time and none were accurate. And to top it off 6am day of departure bags are in the car all that's left is to load my son in the car and head to the airport. The key code to enter the room no longer works and my 4 year old is asleep and I cannot wake him. I call 20 times and leave messages with no answer, with no one onsite to assist guests during their stay and no emergency number to call and no answer from any associate I had to call 911 to break in and retrieve my child. Not having an emergency number to call cost me over $2000 and I still have not recieved a call back from Beach Haus. I will go out of my way to avoid any accommodations managed by this organization for life.
Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. It’s easy to check in and it’s nice to not have to carry a key. The place is within walking distance of other hotels, stores and restaurants. I had a 2 bedroom place with a kitchen and shower/bathroom. The place was nicely decorated and organized. The kitchen had 2 different coffee makers with coffee and creamer which was nice. The tables and nightstands in the bedroom are weirdly low. The beds were ok but on the hard side and the pillows were rather uncomfortable so maybe should have tried the ones in the closet. There was some trash in the form of an empty hair curler box in the closet and the bathroom is very small for the size of the place. No counter space at all and it needs more hooks for the towels. There was an umbrella in the closet which came in handy the 2nd day as I needed to get to my job site and it was raining. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a convenient location (just needs a bigger bathroom)
Weird smell and Extremely noisy, plumping noise periodic throughout the whole night. The only good thing is it’s close to the beach.
Excellent accommodation. The staff are lovely. Super friendly. Excellent location. The public beach is beautiful and the resort they have an agreement with is excellent. Highly recommended.
