Called 3x to get results for testing and the lady (Jacqueline Morrison) never answers the phone or calls back… and still waiting … was told if I didn’t have a sickness they don’t call but can call for results. …for people who just want answers especially if someone DID have anything. THEY DONT CARE enough to answer. No notifications on if something was gonna take longer. They’re automated voice system doesn’t even direct you to anyone. you can’t get ahold someone at a front desk during hours. It’s ridiculous who ever is in charge of needs to fix problems like this this is people’s health

When I was new to the area and needed help, I found it at the LGBT Life Center. They helped me connect with essential resources such as food, healthcare, and community. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need who respects DEI!

Great resource for the community. Was able to find an LGBTQ+ therapist and get routine testing for PrEP & DoxyPEP. Amazing staff and awesome facility.

loved this place before i moved. i came regularly for testing and all staff is great. in and out experience, shouldnt take more than 20-30 mins max. call for results or go thru their portal or go in person for a copy. highly recommend for free STD testing!

Literally theeee best clinic I have ever gone too💛 Anjeni' Moore was so calm and supportive through testing. And Keith and the front desk was darlinggg I have never felt so comfortable getting tested before. You will find the best staff here and honestly the most love and support. Caring about your sexual health and getting tested isn't so taboo after all!

This place is a great community resource. They offer STI and HIV testing, they have a food pantry and other assistance. I went in for testing, scheduling the appointment online was seamless and I was seen right away. The counselor I met with Pete was super nice and informative.

For the most part a pleasant atmosphere yet to oh great tall one I am so happy you have Google but please remember if you practice hate in that place in any form you really disrespect what it stands for hope love and community inclusion This is my community now and I am not going anywhere for the next 30 years you don't know my story and I don't know yours but really it's 2025 does it really matter not cool to judge. It’s been 4 months since I went up there to schedule an appointment with the clinic to start HRT and for months I would call and the only response was “the clinic will be in contact with you soon.” But I haven’t been contacted since and it’s just really frustrating and disappointing to be sent in circles by the people who say they’re here to help.

I really like what this place is doing but the lack of answering phone calls or returning calls especially when awaiting STD resukta of all things is horrendous, if you can't deliver the results via email or text then you need to be on the ball with these phone calls and they are not. Multiple times I've tried to communicate with them and never hear back after multiple calls and it just gets tiring, being understaffed is one thing but at this point you really need to open up ways to get results other than just a phone call or LabCorp website cause not everyone can get the direct LabCorp results and clearly the person on line 3 has better things to do then answer or return voice mails about the one thing the system labels her line as.
