Comfortable. Best decaf coffee!
Loved our room/suite! Full kitchen with an island - not a kitchenette! We had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa, with a desk and a table, extra seating, it really was a great stay with lots of space to relax!
There were definitely some positives during our stay. The ladies at the front desk were always friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being upgraded to a larger room at no extra charge when the staff member saw that I was traveling with three children. The lobby was very clean, and the room itself was nice. The beds and linens were clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the kitchen was equipped with nice appliances. Unfortunately, housekeeping was a major issue during our stay. Our room was never serviced or refreshed. Dirty towels were left outside our room but were never replaced, trash was not emptied, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were empty and never refilled, requiring us to purchase our own toiletries. There were also no sheets or blankets provided for the pull-out bed, and the toilet paper was never restocked, so we had to repeatedly go downstairs to request basic necessities. After speaking with a very nice front desk employee, she took note of our concerns. However, the only action taken was that a bag of towels was left on the counter in our room. Oddly, the quarters I had left on the counter were also gone. Even after reporting the issues, the room was never properly serviced. There were also a few maintenance concerns. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor after use unless the handle was turned extra tightly, and the toilet repeatedly overflowed until maintenance came to repair it. Overall, the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the room itself had several nice features. However, the lack of housekeeping service and maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected, especially considering that these amenities were included in the cost of the room.

Great spot, clean room, good breakfast, good value! Modern and updated rooms that feel taken care of. Beautiful lobby and pool area as well, and a convenient location.
